STATEMENT REGARDING THE ACCESSIBILITY OF THE WEBSITE PURSUANT TO ITALIAN LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO. 82/2022
(IMPLEMENTATION OF EU DIRECTIVE 2019/882)
Solema S.r.l. with headquarters at Via G. Carducci no. 18, Pedrengo (BG) 24066, Italy, VAT no.01378420168, makes this statement, in compliance with Italian Law no. 4 of 9 January 2004 and
pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 82/2022 and to Directive (EU) 2019/882 (the European Accessibility Act), to clarify the compliance status of the website https://www.spareparts-solema.it/
COMPLIANCE STATUS
The site does not currently comply with the requirements set out in the legislation regarding digital accessibility, as provided for by UNI CEI EN 301549. However, based on the combined
provisions of Directive (EU) 2019/882 (articles 1, 2 and 15), Italian Legislative Decree no. 82/2022 (article 3(2)), the AgID (Agenzia per l’Italia Digitale, Agency for Digital Italy) Circular no. 3/2022,
and the European guidelines, the site is not one of those obliged to adapt for the following reasons:
- the website was published online before 28 June 2025;
- as of the date 28/06/2025, it had not undergone any substantial changes (graphical redesign, code restructuring, change of Content Management System (CMS), or significant
technological updates);
- It is subject exclusively to ordinary maintenance and content updates, which do not constitute significant changes.
Therefore, currently, it does not come under the obligation to immediately be adapted to meet the accessibility requirements laid out by law.
FUTURE COMMITMENTS
In the event of any future structural modifications, restyling, or significant technological updates, the adaptation of the site to meet the accessibility requirements will be assessed and planned, in accordance with the guidelines and the timing established by current legislation.
