PURSUANT TO LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO. 82/2022 (TRANSPOSITION OF EU DIRECTIVE 2019/882)

Solema S.r.l.,  with registered office in Pedrengo (BG) 24066, Via G. Carducci n. 18, VAT no. 01378420168, in compliance with Italian Law No. 4 of January 9, 2004, Legislative Decree No. 82/2022, and Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act), hereby issues this statement aimed at clarifying the compliance status of the website: https://www.spareparts-solema.it/

COMPLIANCE STATUS

The website is currently non-compliant with the digital accessibility requirements set forth in standard UNI CEI EN 301549. 

However, pursuant to the combined provisions of Directive (EU) 2019/882 (Articles 1, 2, and 15), Legislative Decree No. 82/2022 (Article 3, paragraph 2), AgID Circular No. 3/2022, and European guidelines, the website is exempt from immediate adaptation obligations for the following reasons: 

- The website was published online prior to June 28, 2025; 
- As of June 28, 2025, it has not undergone substantial modifications (such as graphic redesign, code restructuring, CMS replacement, or significant technological upgrades);
- It is exclusively subject to routine maintenance and content updates, which do not constitute substantial modifications. 

Therefore, as of today, the website is not subject to the obligation of immediate compliance with the digital accessibility requirements established by law.

 

FUTURE COMMITMENTS

In the event of future structural modifications, website restyling, or significant technological updates, the adaptation of the website to accessibility requirements will be evaluated and planned according to the guidelines and timelines set by current regulations.
